Can anyone tell me if Bassani 2" baffles from their 4" pipes will fit in SE 3 1/2" slip-ons? My pipes have developed a tinny sound to them after 17k miles which I can't stand and I like the way the Bassanis sound.

I think you might run into some problems?
So I don't think you can.
The problem I see is this:
How are you going to stuff 4" baffles into a 3.5" pipe. There is a 1/2" difference. Not unless you have good fab skills and cut the flanges off the 4" baffle and reweled some 3.5" ones back on them so that they will slide right in. Then you have to find some 3.5" baffle flanges also.
