Brian, What C&C are you using? Got any pics? I have tried several seats on my 09 and I love my C&C solo, but do not like their suction cup pillions and need something for when the kids are with me.
I recently got a used Corbin solo which I think I like but I seem to slide around on it accelerating and braking...did u experience thie with your Corbin at all?
ANy help would be appreciated. I just sold my Mustang setup which I loved but it sat me a little too close to the console.
i have his classic solo or whatever he calls it....in black leather with red stitching and a backrest, no sliding around at all.....chuck now makes a larger pillon pad, i got one and both wife and boy love it....he put a tab(like the corbin pillon) on it that slides under your seat, that, the suckin cups, and the rear screw do great on holding the seat....no pics here tonite but you can get a glimpse in the thread in touring i started last week, my bikes in the background on some frames....to me the c&c fits better, leather is more supple but not as thick or grainy as the corbin...the c&c looks more sleek on my bike but most important...it fits my butt

Thanks Bryan,
I was referring to sliding on the Corbin. I thought I liked it a LOT until I went for a short jaunt (about 150 miles) and found every time I slowed I slid forward and when acellerating I slid back. First leather seat and never had that happen on any scoot, ever! Kind of disconcerting to me. I also appreciate the thumbs up on the new P-Pad, I never liked the older ones. Do you find an appreciable difference in leather over vinyl?
Thanks again,
Mike
leather only as vinyl made me sweat....the difference in the c&c over the corbins was the corbins were abit more stiff(i did love that)...they cradled my butt better....the soft leather of the c&c you'll probly like lots ....i never slid on any seat, quit hammerin the brakes mike

LOL yur funny! I ain't hammering anything. I got this seat used, I think the previous owner put some dam Armor All or something on it, it is very slick!
I'm gonna call Chuck tomorrow.
OK, solo seats are good ....how about the Sport
Tour 2 up seat....thats the seat I want as my stock seat looks cool but KILLS my wife's butt...can't have that ..lol. Thanks guys!!
Call C&C directly. The will build your seat exactly as you would like. They are very helpful and offer high quality at a reasonable price. Give them a call and you will see their customer service is great.
+1 on what old.gezr says! Chuck @ C&C will make whatever you want and he'll give you all the info to help you figure out your needs. I'm running the Sport Tour and like it a lot. Wife likes it on short trips but gotta' say that i felt sorry for her aching **** on the last long trip we took on that seat. Usually use a Mustang for long trips.
Do you have Gel in your 2 up seat....been told that works real well by a couple of people....the LePera seat I'm looking at is supposed to be 14" wide for the wife compared to 12" for C&C. But from what you say he will make it any way I want. Thanks Guys!
I am on my third C&C seat (different bikes) I chose the Fastback in Ostrich for my Road Glide and I couldn't be happier with my choice. This seat sits lower, about 1" back and has 7" back support. I ordered mine on Thursday and it was delivered to my house on the following Tuesday. Great guys to work with.
This is a c&c solo seat with a dark grey top and black sides. The seat is leather. It will move you back 1 1/2 inch and down 1 1/2 i bought this seat off a member here about 6 months ago. I had it on my 09 sg it was very very comfortable. It matched my pearl silver nicely. It is in great shape with no rips. Comes with the hardware to attach to your bike. The asking price is $175.00 or BO shipped in the united states.
Thanks tim
