I installed a shovelhead batwing on my 07 RK. I used the stock windshield brackets then made some custom brackets to go between them and the fairing. Took some time but it came out great and I'll never go back to the stock windshield.

I just recently put a Woody's Fairing on my Road king, and it literally installs just as easily as your windshield does. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an aftermarket fairing. They are great quality, well made, and Glenn is great to deal with and very helpful.

I'm in the process of fitting a 1990 Electraglide Fairing to my Road King. I had plates profiled as to the original brackets. There are 4 studs glued to the inside which will fit to the plates and I have used the screen quick release set up as on my screen.

There are studs that are glassed to the fairing. I had to reglass two of mine when I got the fairing off ebay. Then I painted it fire red pearl with flat black on the inside, the paint cost more than the fairing.

go into the back of any harley specific magazine and there are a lot of vendors selling replica harley look alike fairings that are made to mount easily to other harley models, like roadkings, fatboys, etc.

look in my albums on my profile. i bought an abs fairing off of ebay off an 03 electraglide. trimmed out the headlight. used the top 3 holes and drilled through my windshiedl and mounted it there. then drilled one hole behind each auxuliary lamp and put a bolt in there and trimmed my windshied down to 4 inchs above the fairing so i could use any height windshield. my album has pics of before and after paint.
