If you don't already have the SERT, you might try Chester's in Mesa. They say that will not install parts that they didn't sell, other dealers might feel the same...don't know. They've been doing the Dyno thing for a long time (as Chosa's HD) and I have heard they do a good job.
There is another outfit called Eastside Performance (I think). Don't know if they Dyno or not, but once saw some nice comments about 'em.
Then there's Thunder Manufacturing, who specialize in breather kit manufacturing mostly for metrics. I think they'll do HD, too...but not sure about SERT. Their site indicates mostly Power Commander stuff. They did a couple of my friends' Vulcans, and did them well. they might have some suggestiions for you, too. Friendly when I've called 'em in the past.
Then there's Southside Johnny, an independent and colorful type guy. Hopped up a friend's Super Glide some years back, does Dyno tuning. Probably in the phonebook or Google.
