That's a deal. And yes, I have always respecfully envied you folks with all of the toys and resources. Actually, the broken trellis was some damage from a recent ice storm. If you'll look in the picture of my RKC, you can see that it's been repaired. I'm guessing here, but it looks like you may have cleaned or prepared your driveway for painting or sealing.
Don't envy me. I bet you have retired. I'm going to be working until I'm 95 paying off all this junk.
I park on the grass so everyone else in the house can get their cars out without coming and bothering me every 5 minutes to move my Truck. I should sell a bike so I can afford to put some more concrete down.

If those are all your bikes, then you need to sell two of them and build an outbuilding/shop.
No you can't do that, DAMN those HOAs. LOL
On my street we aren't allowed to have a "detached garage". So one ***** decided to build one anyway and they threw an absolute fit, gonna sue him. He got his lawyer to say it wasn't a "detached garage", it was a "shop"............and there was nothing in the HOA contract about a "detached shop".
So of course now we have 5 or 6 metal buildings that look like barns (because they are) on our street. Hehehehe

Some pretty sick garages on this thread. Haven't done anything to mine other than moving all my unpacked stuff further into the corners so I could fit the bikes and the lift in there. Keep planning on fixing it up...planning part is going much better than the actual doing.
