How do i lower the front end on my 09 road glide?

Default

Harley has a 1" lowering kit available. Some say thats as low as you should go. Others have done 2" and say its fine as well.

In this months issue of American Iron they tell you how to do it step by step,using the Harley kit.

I used the front fork dampners by Ness to lower my front 1.5 inches...pretty happy with them and priced reasonably.

Progressive spring kit....gives you the option of 1 or 2 inch drop, I went with the 2 inch on my 06 Ultra and love the look without any negative issues.

My friend lowered his and got something else in the deal. He hit an Ohio pothole and now has a fender that needs replaced.
