06 flht fi std. 2k miles hiway pegs, backrest/luggage rack, cover $15K
05 flht std. (fi carb???) 10K miles. cd radio, cruise, gauge pkg, laced wheels, fact. alarm,
high output horn ez pull clutch detachable back rest/luggage rack. $16k
I'm kinda leaning toward the 05 because of all the extras. However the only extra that means anything to me is the radio. cruise, gages and alarm are nice but nothing i would normally go for. Laced wheels are something else to shine. still resale w/the xtras down the road can't hurt.
Besides 06 at 15 will be 16k after you put some tunes in it right?? Might as well go 05 and get the other extra for free. Am I thinking this through correctly
If you were going to get the 06, $16K being the base line for the 05 what kind of price difference would you want between the 06 and the 05. Don't think the dude will go any lower than 15k but just curious what others are thinking
One thing that bugs me is both are nice bikes but will have to live outside. I was originally looking for something used that i would not feel guilty about having outside all summer. Prices on used stuff still seems out of line w/new in my area. Plus i'm still not to excited about shelling out $16k for a bike.
