Wires-yes
Fly by wire throttle- no
clutch- I'm thinking it would work re-routed a little but I went with the braided s/s
brake line-probably
I got the wo-550 from Johnny Vaugh at hdbikesparts with everything I needed shipped to Texas for 498.00

Had an '06 RKC myself. All brand new extended cables and wires buried inside the beach handlebar were required so I do not know about the '09. If jrstar says it so...Take his word or you can go and check it out with dealer yourself.
