Default 1995 Roadking

I am looking at a 1995 Roadking with a Hopped up 95CI S&S Motor Mikuni Carb and dyno's at 101HP and 108FT LBS of torque. The seller is asking $15,000 for it. Is the too much? Is it still considered a Harley with an S&S motor in it? What do you all think of S&S motors?

I just sold a slick, and I mean slick, 2001 with 13K for 12 grand. It was a clean title, one owner, carb bike. Motor or not, I think he's pretty high on that one.

That sure seems like a steep price to me. I started watching Craig's List and found several decent deals. I wound up buying this '95 Ultra with 43k on the clock, but about 600 miles on a new engine (installed by Alamo HD), full service, great tires and road ready, for $9,600.

Be patient and keep hunting. There are good deals out there.

I think the new 95 CI S&S motor only has 1700 miles on it. It has all the S&S race mods like .600 cams, adjustable pushrods, 4 3/4 Flywheels, and a bunch of other go fast crap. It dynos at 108hp and 108tq. The custom paint job looks pretty cool as well. He is supposed to have like 30-40 thousand invested in the bike. Does that make a difference? He was asking $22,000.00 6 months ago for it.
