FLHX Fender part number
I have done some searching in the forums, but I have a 2010. Does the following part number for the FLHX Vivid black fender fit a 2010?
59083-00dh
Is there a part number for the FLHX Vivid black fender with pin striping for a 2010?
Is it 59083-00ab?
Thanks for any help, I want to put this on my 2010 RKC this Winter.

That is not what you need. That fender would fit an 08 and earlier which is more narrow than the 09-10. Whatever the part number is it will end in -10DH. Remember you have no rear tail light and the 09 does.

A competent painter could add the pinstripe, and the HD pinstripe colors are available.

Unfortunately, the answer is the same for front or rear fender: no pinstripes. The Road Glide uses the same front fender, but those aren't done with a pinstripe either.
