Thanks Guys
the wind shield is klockwerks 12" , and lowers are HD
sorry didnt take pics in trans.
the paint was done by chopper society in pensacola fl
the rear was done by native bagger
as far as parts you can go to the dealer and just print 3 pages of parts manual , the 3 big ones are inner/outer fairing , wiringharness which is plug and play , fairing bracket also
Thanks again
If you don't mind me asking (as I've pondered the RG myself on a few occasions), what's the "bare" cost of the bare essentials (the fairing itself, brackets, what not)? Fairly simple (other than the million little nuts & bolts for the stereo etc.)?
If you had all the parts it could be done on a weekend
remember that going to heritage bars would be good so you dont have
to run wires in bars and change cables
Basically take off inner outer fairing , remove ign. switc handle bars
then bolt on to frame new fairing bracket , then inner fairing with
radio bracket together . all guages radio change over
the new harness is plug and play etc.
I cant give a cost because I bought allot used
hope this helps
