Sorry Q hog I work two jobs had time over the long weekend. If your detach kit has a U tube and it fits in the grooves on the underside of the pack you may be able to do it with some rubber spacers like pingman metioned. Otherwize I remeber seeing a tour pack spacer kit for the ultra tour pack somewhere but it may need modification as well.

It was about 14 deg outside today and the same expected tomorrow, so it will have to wait till next week. I'll post the pics as soon as it's attached.

Looking good. I see you have the TP in the living room. Why not just bring the bike in there also?
