Leather jacket?
I have been looking for a jacket I have seen in photos before and since so many of you have mentioned FoxCreek here I checked them out and I think I may have found the jacket.
This looks like a great jacket, I may just have to get me one for Christmas now!
I think this Vented Racing Jacket is worth a good look.

Make sure when you pick out one, you read everything on the inside make sure the shell is 100% leather, also whichever you pick ArmorAll has a great leather cleaner/conditioner that I use on all my leathers its cheap and works great, the bugs just slide off.
a lot depends on weather you can buy off the rack or not... I am a short rider and I have never found a jacket off the rack that fits with a ****... With my short arms, its been a bitch.. I needed a jacket and the HD jackets were all too long in the sleeve THEN I found http://www.johnsonleather.com/ .. Allen was able to custom make both my wife and my jackets and the fit... that was 1997 and we are still wearing them.. they just keep getting better - since then I have had allen make our chaps and he then came out with a perferated leather jacket - another custom jacket - and no more money than a HD jacket -- one of the best 'buys' I have ever done.. A jacket is a piece of saftey clothing and should fit and last... Mine does..
As already posted - Fox Creek - IF you can buy off the rack.. good jackets and great pricing. I have one of their two tone vests (no arms, fits great, lol) I love the vest

If you really want an HD jacket, a few EBay sellers (including St Paul HD dealer) sometimes have good prices on jackets ... usually leftovers from prev year, etc. I was set to buy an inexpensive jacket from leatherup as I've bought other things from them in the past but then I decided I might spend a little more for a Fox Creek one. Well, turns out the dealer I bought the bike from gave me a $50 GC and had a $400+ jacket marked down to $270; so for $220 I bought the jacket ... good thing too as it was ~36 degrees every morning this week (cold for Alabammy). I really like this jacket and it was made in the USA with imported leather ... lol!

Damn we cant even produce leather anymore, please dont tell me Harley was made in Milwaukee, China.
I have had great luck with Fieldsheer. Crash tested and held up nicely. Cant be beat the quality for the price. Give them a look. Many places are closing out old stock right now. Iron Pony, Motorcycle Superstore etc.
