I"ve had a great jacket from River Road for two years. Warm, Heavy Leather, and great quality. It's the old school type, cost $150. My wife got a high quality armored leather jacket from Leatherup for $179. You're paying for the logo on Harley gear. You can always order a Harley Patch and sew it on if you need to have that on there.
