Just put "fullsac" true duel kit and h/d touring mufflers on bike runs great, but on the way home from work tonight doing about 70 mph. felt excessive heat on right side, tried to look at rear pipe and it looked like it was glowing orange. i think the current jetting is slow #45 high #175 and sportster needle pulled the plugs, look lean (don't they always) but both had some color to them. should i be really concerned?

 

If the plugs look "white"I would go with larger jet(s),raise needle etc.Anytime the exhaust/AC is changed jetting should be checked.IMO.
