Default PC-V Problem?

I bought a PC-V here shortly and I got the map from PC website M15-003-003 Rush slip-on exhaust Screamin Eagle air filter, Stock ECM. I noticed after I rode for a while after the bike got warmed up and was running good. I pulled up to a stop light and the rpms got real low and the bike died but it would start right back up. So I pissed got home let the bike cooled back down pulled the AC and Slips-on off and put it back to stock and tried this map M15-003-001 Stock AC, Stock Exhaust. After doing all that started up the bike ran fine to it out for a ride and did the same S*** again so I removed the PC-V and the bike has not done that die'n off crap. Has anyone else experience this? M15-003-001 Stock air filter, Stock exhuast

I can't see what year bike you have or how many miles on the bike.
But based on what you have posted you should see if it does it with out the pcv.
And if it still happens with out the pcv it maybe the IAC.

I didn't have the same problem but I did use the map you used with you slip-ons and AC and it was terrible. Bad gas milage and really carbon'd up my pistons. I only had it on for 972 miles and the pistons looked like they had been run way rich for a long time.

I took the PCV off and had the bike dyno and the ecm directly tuned and it rides great.

It really sounds like your PCV is bad. The point I am trying to make is I think that map is screwed up and wouldn't use it when you get a new PCV.

Its possible you have a defective unit. My bike runs better with the PC than without it.

Did you get it from FuelMoto? Talk to Jamie, I have found FuelMoto to be very helpful.

First check that your EITMS=Engine Idle Temperature Management System is turned off. Look in owners manual to see procedure if it's turned on/off and see if problem goes away with it off. If it goes away with EITMS off and you want EITMS on you can tweak map by increasing column "0" at the 750, 1000, 1250 rpm settings by +5. It's probably set at "0" so set them on both cylinders to "5".

I even had them send me a 2nd PC and the problem still existed and they couldn't tell me why that was. When I got i put the map for the stock setup and the problem still happened

The wrong map can cause a lot of different results that are not good.

The pcv comes with a disc. connect a laptop and check what the engine is doing.
Making modifications is rather easy with the pcv

did that with a rep but how can it be the wrong map with the the stock settings and using the map for a stock bike right off the site. I was thinking it has to do alot with the eliminating the O2 sensors

I currently have stock pipes with the S/E aircleaner and my bike runs great with the stock PC-V map loaded, only complaint is fuel mileage. Did u check and make sure the rear cylinder cut off is disabled, cause when it goes into temp mode and you go to take off it will die on you due to a lean fuel mixture like was stated earlier.
