Yes the paint was put on from scratch and it is Black Pearl. Vivid Dragon got me all new tins and painted them up . I was able to ride all summer while they were being done. They'll do it on your tins or new. If you don't mind tying your bike up for a while it's cheaper shipping wise but as I said the bike than is tied up.
