From those that have tried them they seem to be very noisy and the stopping power didn't appear to be as good as stock. Again this is only for the Brembos. No personal experience, just from a half dozen or so folks that I know have tried them.

Have no idea what's there now..

Thanks bro..
Happy Turkey Day everyone! lol

Brembo is the manufacturer of the calipers on the 08 and later tourers. On your scoot I would go with Lyndall's

I have EBC doudle sintered and they stop great...make sure to clean you pistons while you have the caliper off it will greatly improve the power too...

I really like my Brembos.

When I had the Heritage I used Lyndall pads. They work well on dry roads and wear good.

But they suck in the rain.

I have an 08 Ultra Classic with Brembo rotors and ABS. I put Lyndall pads and full floating rotors all the way around man you should see me stop! No dust no noise long wear huge improvement over stock for sure. I would not use anything else.

I disagree DAWG. I have an 07 SG [personal bike] with the brembo brake conversion with Lyndall golds. They stop just fine with no noise. Plenty of stopping power. My "work bike" is an 08 police electraglide, [stock pads]. The feel and stopping power are almost the same.I'm more aggressive with my work bike due to 10 hrs a day riding in a city atmoshpere and with ABS. Now, there is a break in period with the lyndall that i have found. but once broken in they are fine.

+1. Those pads are good. Almost too good. The first time I got a good handful of brake lever with those on my GSXR, I almost somersaulted the bike and me!

The stockers are fine for me right now on the RK, but I could see going with EBCs when the time comes for a replacement.

When I changed out my rear brake pads (08 FLHR, ABS) I stayed with HD OEM. If my memory serves me correctly they are stamped Brembo which means there made by Brembo? Will do the same with front pads since I have them in cabinet when needed. Trust me, I don't have problems stopping and they don't squeak (off dealer floor they did for about 5,000mi then stopped). If I ever up grade rotors and pads it will be Lyndall.

I changed out the rear pads on my 08UC with the lyndalls and i don't like them at all but will keep them for a little while longer. They DO NOT have the stopping power of the stock pads. I have had them on for 4k and as soon as i get the time i will change them back to the stock pads.
