This post is pretty timely as I was just thinking the other day that over the winter I am going to change the way my bags are attached. Don't know how many times I have found a pin in the saddle bag when I opened it up. Probably just worn out, but I don't like the system. I was always worried about losing the bag. Never thought about the poor bastard behind me. Glad you dodged it Dawg.
