OK guys do I buy the 6x8 rideloud or do I buy the 7.25 ,6.50 hog tunes j&m , hawg wired , Help please ! I just want to replace stock speakers for now . But want the best sound I can get without breakin the bank ! Do I need the tweeter pod for the ride loud or just for the round speakers ect . Thanks
i have listened to pretty much all the speakers and prefer the j&m 7.25s. you dont really need an amp due to them being 2ohm. they were an easy install and in my opinion the best bang for the buck.
I just put the J&M speakers 7 1/4" up front and the 5 1/4" in the rear on my Ultra Classic. I do like them they are much louder than stock for sure clarity is a lot better also. Get a hold of Shawn at DRVTWINN.COM he has the fronts I think for $249.99 and the combo package I got for $349.99 I don't think you will need the Hog Pod as you always have enough mid and tweets your always lacking bass in the outdoor windy invornment. Like them alot I will be looking for tha amp that J&M is coming out with to drive these speakers and provide more bass!
