why will he only sell you an 18 when hd has a 19 available? or is it that the particular wheel you want doesn't come in a 19?

2000 Road King Classic with 23000
Just bought the bike 3 weeks ago
Looks great but what a disaster
Was taking my nephew for a ride and hit a decent pothole, but nothing crazy.
Got back and saw the fender damaged in three places from the light bar, the triple tree and the crash bar.
With the custom candy green paint and the ghost flames, and rebuilding the forks, that`ll be over $2000
Still have the temp plate on it.
The guy doing the work said with the fender raised it`ll probably happen again
Dont know what size the tire is but I`ll be looking for the 120/70-21 tire if its not already and lower the fender back down
