I am helping my buddy out with some upgrades and custom work to his bike. He has an '06 CVO Ultra with a crappy gray engine paint. It just looks really dirty so I am going to repaint it for him. I want to do it in black instead of the gray color. Any advice would be appreciated as to what brand/type of paint works best and what is the best way to paint it (Spraycan, airbrush, paint brush...)? Also how should I prep the engine before painting?
