Default SE"3" vs SE"4"

Why is the 2009 Road Glide CVO a SE3, but the 2009 Ultra CVO a SE4 ?

Whats the difference if any, and why does the official HD Web Site state no info about the difference? or does it & I can't find it.

Also:

What are the components of a Stage 1, 2, & 3 Upgrades offered by HD ? I can't find that info either from mother HD.

Back to " I wanna buy a used 2009 FLTRSE3 CVO" mode.
Contact me if you have one around New England for sale.

Wishful thinking !

Orange on my mind for too long now.

SE3 and SE4 are nothing but denotations of build generations. The first ultra scream'n eagle would have been an FLHTCUISE, the next FLHTCUISE 2, ect, ect. The difference in stage builds, stage 1 is an a/c swap (currently) and most of us swap pipes and add a fuel management device at that time. Stage 2 is an a/c swap and big bore, some add cams at this time. Stage 3 was a/c, big bore and cams (some also through in a fly wheel kit). The info is availible in the Screamn' eagle section of the P&A "bible".
