Yes, exactly......that looks really good!!! I am thinking I will just have my extra holes filled at my buddies body shop.....I am not big on puttin rubber/plastic plugs in the holes....just my .02

Thanks Smokindave!!!! for providing the pics.
My tour pak is on my workbench in the basement and my SG is taking it's winter nap in the garage.
Modcobra, as for using plugs, I just didn't want to stick another $100 plus into it paying to have them filled & painted.
The whole idea of going with the tourpak was that a detachable backrest and luggage rack was
going to run over $500. I'm into this tourpak setup for around $900. That's a hell of alot better for me for just $400 more.
With plugs, I could quickly switch to a king pad if I wanted too in the future.
Don't know if I would, but it leaves that door open if the front edges of the tour pak ever get damaged.

That really makes alot of sense after you put it that way.. I am thinking this will be my last bike (EGC) so being able to put it back to stock (Tourpak) is not as important to me. I am kinda **** as to the looks of my bike so I may just get them filled!!!! thanks for the reply and Merry Christmas.

how bout them chrome bullet plate fasteners? easy on easy off, and chrome...so it would go with any color.
