Just got a PCIII and the directions say before installation in my bike I need to modify the ECM tray,to call Dynojet. Has anyone else with the 105th Anniverasry model done this? If so,what is the mod they are refering to? Thanks guys
Jukebox
The tray they are referring to is a deeper tray for the ecm so you can piggy back the pc on top of the ecm. I am sure there are other places you can find to mount the pc, but my bagger does not have a power commander so I can suggest where.
The directions call for me to mount it inside the right hand side panel. That is why I wondered about the tray mod. I just thought if someone had already done this it would save me a call to Dyno Jet.

Because of the ABS it will not fit inside the right hand side panel. I attached mine to mount for the back rest under the seat. Haven't had a problem with it since installing it there. Might have pictures somewhere if you want. PM me
This applies to 2008 models with ABS where space is a bit tight under the seat, you will have no issue mounting the PC unit under the RH side cover on your non ABS bike.
