I picked up my 2010 Road King last week at Heritage HD in Fort Walton Beach FL. Rode it home to Panama City (67 miles), and the tranny basically came apart. I trailered it back tand they told me a circlip had broken and was being chewed up internally.
This was Wednesday last week...the 23rd.
The service manager got on the horn with the Moco and ordered a new tranny...they shipped it express...installed it Monday, I picked it up yesterday (Tuesday) and rode it home. It's like a brand new bike...well...it is...it had on;y 81 miles on it.
Heritage HD took very good care of the bike...and me. Very proffessional service.
I have 3 days to ride before I go back overseas...more soon...
