I just purchased a Smoked Lens & LED kit for the Tour Pak on my 2005 Ultra and it did not inlcuded any instructions for the removal of the Corner "wrap-around" lenses. I assume that they "pry" out. Can anyone shed some light on this?
+1 on what Dawg said, especially about the heat. I used a hair dryer. Also, the OEM lenses have small tabs; if I was doing this again, I'd sand off the bottom tabs to avoid nicking paint when reinstalling. If you aren't painting the light bar, no need to sand the tabs.
Want to mount from the inside out; thus not allowing for the chrome trim that goes around the outside to be mounted. Has anyone else encountered this? 2005 Ultra Classic
Are you talking about the side marker lights? The ones from 06 and up are different than the 05 and down. They now have LED lights all as one piece instead of a lens covering a socket with bulbs. Or are you talking about the rear brake lenses on the back?
