Actually I've seen so many posts about guys looking for them I figured I'd post it. I use my brothers Craftsman it works just fine for me.
Like I said, let us know how it works out.
I have one from Northern Tool that I got about 15 years ago, before they were readily available. It seems to do ok on the SG except this past fall when I had both tires off I found out it wasn't real steady if I put the front one back on first.
I have one exactly like that. It's a very good jack as far as lifting goes. I used it with my Nomad and with my Ultra. Both bikes seemed to rock pretty badly on it, but I used it until this Christmas when I asked Santa for a J&S jack. I didn't get a lift because I don't have room for a lift.

HOLY CRAP!!! Now that J&S is a JACK!!! I might stop using my brothers Craftsman and get that one!!
I've owned a Torin for 3 years and have nothing good to say about it.
+1. I am on my third Torin Jack. Pep Boy's always replaces it when it fails but, it fails frequently. I'm going to buy a proper jack as soon as my current model fails again.
I got that same jack. Up here in Toronto, Canada. It's sold at Canadian Tire. Unfortunately, I went through 3 of them. All had leaky bottle jacks on them. They recently had a sale about a month ago, for $49.99, went and looked at them, a there was one in a box that was black in color. Looked alot like the Sears Craftsmen, that I could'nt find up here anywhere. I bought it and have had absolutely no problems. The locking bars are way better, actual notches cut out on the steel side plates. So far so good...
Why Pay $2-300 for a jack that works exactly as a $100 jack does? You are the ones that amaze me thinking that you have to over-pay for things that it is not necessary for. I have used my $89.00 Harbor Freight jack for years, almost daily, without a hitch. Can you say that about your $2-300 Jack? Just saying.
I bought that jack nib at a yard sale for 25.00. Picked up the RG 1 time with it. Promised God if he would let me get my bike off that POS there would be no 2nd time. Bought a lift and still have the POS jack. Maybe a Sporty or something lighter it would be fine. If anyone is interested in a POS jack let me know.
