My wife and I need to do that ride. We have relatives on both ends.
Thanks for the pics.
A great reason to take the trip. My mother-in law lives in the Nashville area. This was my first time to travel parts of the Natchez Trace Pkwy. For the area I live in and relatives in Nashville. It sure does beat the interstate!!
Thanks for looking,
P.S. Also, enjoyed taking the pics for this group. When looking through the lens of a camera, it sure gives you a complete different view of the event and beauty that surrounds you at the time. You really do get connected. In the same reason we ride, we are connected to everything that is going on around us and the beauty that is there.
Yeah rode it a couple of years ago. It was very enjoyable, did the complete thing from Natchez to Franklin, Tn. It is worth doing if you don't mind taking your time. Great photos.
Right, the speed limit is only 45 mph and sometimes 50. They will give you a ticket. Not to mention, all the stops (view).
Ella and I rode it from Natchez to Jackson. It was very nice. One day we plan to go all the way to Nashville, then maybe on to BRP as I understand it is as good or better.

What does BRP stand for. I believe that the Northern part of Natchez would be nicer.
My wife and I rode the entire length this summer. We did it in 2 separate trips. 1st was from Natchez to Corinth MS. Did that in June then 1st weekend in October we picked up the Trace and went north to Nashville. The part I like the best is no trucks or any form of commercial traffic.
I've ridden the southern half of the Trace twice, and hope to do it again this year. It's such a beautiful ride, and so relaxing. Really clears the head.
