Tupperware containers are great for storing parts; you can see what's in them and they are stackable. I've also been known to use the kitchen sink to clean parts... usually catch h**l for that one!

Dawn dish soap to dismount and mount tires. Scotch brite dish washing pads to scuff up aluminum. E-Z Off oven cleaner and Snow Bowl toilet bowl cleaner to brighten aluminum. 409 for cleaning plastic. Electric turkey carving knife to filet fish...b4 Mr Twister made em'. Windex for bug removal, Tide soap for washing shop rags in my shop wringer type washer....that's a partial list of the stuff I take, lol...... I am given, all the old muffin and cake pans when they start flaking, plastic bowls and coffee containers.
I got caught stealing the aluminum (sp?) foil today.
She said don't steal it out of the house I will buy you a roll to keep in the shop. This crime was a win win!
It's not from the kitchen, but in addition to all the stuff above, I also have a roll of toilet paper for the jobs too small for a full sized paper towel.
