All Black pipes
mtnbikerx;
intersested in putting blk widows with VH blk dresser dual head pipes on my 2010 FLTRX; how do those mufflers sound? are they on the deep tone side and your opinon how loud they are. Thinking Monster ovals are good sounding for me but they seem REALLY big at the tips so not sure the look will be that good?
Thanks for you opinion!!

I rode a bike with Rineharts and they were a little deeper sounding when cruising but didn't sound as aggressive when accelerating hard. When I ride with my (younger) buds they always comment on how good the bike sounds. I really like these mufflers. No internal baffles other than louvers, they sound a little racy at half throttle and when I roll it on they blatt just enough. Rode 550 miles in one day and never once thought I wanted quieter. My wife rides on back with the tour pack installed and she likes the sound too.
I'm partial to Thunderheaders, but if I were to have a dual exhaust, I would be buying a Fuel Moto stainless header and...
Kuryakyn Crusher mufflers. They are a straight-through design, but with a perforated stainless core as opposed to a louvered core like Rineharts. The packing is stainless as well. At idle they are super deep, but crack the throttle and they BARK! They sound badass. I like 'em. But I don't think they are offered in black.
