You hit the nail on the head.
I posted a review of seats I've tried, and used the (apparently) VERY profane term "sucks" referring to a seat.
Was promptly warned chastised bla bla bla about my "offensive language" I in turn promptly requested that my account be deleted.
I can see trying to keep things clean, and sometimes THIS site is a bit TOO lenient, IMHO, but I told the guy on the other site I did not realize a bunch of 5 year olds would be hanging out over there when I used the work "sucked"

I started on other sites and really did not care for them. I like this one the best. Things tend to get repeated on every site though. All sites tend to react to your number of posts as to your knowledge of anything. I know little about Harleys, but I do know a lot about metals, engines, and motorcycles and diesel engines. I also know a but about air cooling oil engines. I think you can cross over some of those into a Harley. I do not add where I do not know, like tearing apart the engine, but I would do it in a heartbeat. I have taken several bikes apart, and 1 or 2 of them even ran after wards. All in all this is the best site I have seen for general comic relief and useful information. Most I can find in my service manual. I am old school military, so the book stays open even on the simple jobs, and I even look at it while it is open, even if it is on the wrong page.

I got banned for a week over there after using "LMAO" in my second post. Not worth having to watch my mouth that closely.

Hey, what can I say. I guess I'm a sinner. I still like to check out some of other "adult" HD forums just to see what else is being discussed out there, but I definitely waste (I mean spend) the most time here. Absolutely no doubt that HDF is the current CHAMP and KING of the hill!!!

over there...Moderators that have less than 200 bans...are considered prospects.......Road Captains have over 500 bans.......and it goes on from there.....and 50% of their membership are mods......
Kidding aside....they are very clear on their rules....they don't hide their standards of behavior...so.....I guess they can do as the like as well......I don't have to like it......
I lasted about ten post over there before I was banned....but I definitely violated their rules......it's their forum....at the very least...you gotta respect their diligence....
