that's a good question. When working for an attorney anything I found ABOUT the CLIENT is attorney work product. It doesn't really affect what I do, I prepare a report to the attorney and call it a day. Usually, when that happens the attorney pleads the client out however I can't divulge it to anyone else unless it presages a serious criminal act likely to be life threatening to somebody.
