Thanks guys, I'll have to check out the ones mentioned in this thread if I get my SG today. (Going to look at an 09 "Fastest color" with some extras on it. No pipes, and 4,000 miles) Gonna offer him 17,000 I think. He want's 17,500

I was thinking about adding HID's also but I haven't heard much that was good with them. I don't want to risk cutting into the harness THEN having radio static.

Yea, me either. Well that bike has an offer and deposit on it already, IF the loan falls through today I told the guy I could come this evening with cash,,
I hate to wish bad luck on anyone,,, but..... If it's meant to be it'll be....

Its alright, dont rush into anything I looked HARD daily for 5 months and I saved 4K off of book price.

Well, as you may see by my other posts, I am TRULY glad this bike was sold!
Got onto a 2010 ,,, and LOVE IT. (I will hug it every time I climb on I think!) After I hug the wife!

Did the DDM kit on my Ultra last year... Easy schmeezy to install! Yes, I did use a relay and No it doesn't effect the factory radio on my set-up. Can post pic's of the install later tonight when I get home IF u need em.

I would be interested also in the pics and links. Kind of hard to figure out what is needed. The one kit I looked at came with 2 bulbs and ballast, they said to retain the Halogen high beam, not sure how this is possible if there is only one bulb

Pics of the install would be great. I'd like to run HIDs in the headlight and driving lights.
