Pewter flhx, What lower color?

My bike is currently exactly the same as your before picture including the top box
I am planning to slowly do some black parts, there is some great looking bikes on this thread. I buying a set of fairing lowers and they come vivid black, or I can have them painted matching pewter denium or paint them flat black.
I am open to all opinions on what color will look good? So feel free to voice your ideas, most owners do not like the look of lowers on a flhx, but I like the comfort
