It kind of depends on the demand for the said part. High demand paarts I would say75% of retail in perfect condition and low demand perfect parts 50% of retail.

75% of retail! You can buy brand new for 20% off (80% of retail) from anyone of a number of on line retailers any day of the week.
Don't price anything at $75% of retail or it will continue to hang in your garage.

I meant to say 75% of original price for hard to find or scarce parts not 75% off. What a doofus!

25% off list is a good starting place. Gives you some wiggle room for the hagglers.

I usually sell at 50-60% off. Even more if it's a really common item like a stock brake lever or something like that.

20% off all day long from on line dealers and aftermarket.
For used I think at least 35-40% for starters.

If I can get 50% of retail I'm happy but I've actually had guys bid up to retail and in one case over retail on Ebay. They didn't do their homework.
