It is manufactured by Old Skool Cycle Werks. Nnot really my style but it does look original (very pricey).
No, I have'nt seen one, and really don't want too..........Fugly looking thing! Is it going to be in the next "Batman" movie, as the "BatCycle"?

It would look better on a bike with matching fairings, skirted front fender and maybe full length floor boards.
