what is done on a stage one reflash? does it change the A/F or just allow the rev limiter to increase to 6200?

As far as I know the Stage 1 flash raises the Rev Limiter and increases fuel to allow for the increase in air flow but it still runs real lean. Some say it just raises the Limiter. Some have had ok luck with the flash and IED's on their bike. The flash is supposedly only good for HD parts.
