Blacking out my SG, anyone have or know where i can get a black trim ring for my head light?

My local dealer told me hd doesn't make one in black.....back to the parts catelog! Thanks for the info

Rough that chrome up with some sandpaper,spray some primer on it then get you some black paint and paint it.

Yeah the trim ring does paint easily. Did on my last bike and truthfully you couldnt tell the difference!!! Looked great and held up fine. Day one sand thouroughly and rinse and let dry. Apply primer. Day 2 sand primer,rinse and dry. Day 3 paint let dry 2 or 3 hours repaint. Day 4 apply clear lauqer. Day 5 put it on your bike.Takes some time but worth it to do it right and no one can tell the difference!!!
