I know this is the touring section but thought I'd show you my new fatboy lo with mustache engine guards too, he has mini apes also, can't see them in this picture,I have more on my profile.

I really like the different look it gives to the stock bars but as you said, it is an expense for just replacing something you already have. More of a finishing item than a beginning one.

There is a company called Desert Dawg that builds them they are in the Drag Specialties catalog on page 56 and sell for $115
