How far wallowed out is it?

What year bike?

You can find a piloted spot-facing tool, Make the properly sized pilot then bore to an over size then press fit in a bronze bushing.

It's an 07 flhp, the trans hole is badly wore, the shaft is very sloppy and the isolator on the belt side is also ovaled

So the pivot shaft was allowed to run loose..

You need to buy one of these.

https://drillsandcutters.com/7-8-x-1...k-counterbore/

Make a 3/4 inch pilot and find a 3/4 inch drill driver..

Here are sleeves.

It might be better to take it to a machine shop but this will work.. Machine shop can do it.. I wouldn't be surprised if WFO larry can do it. IIRC he's in oak lawn, ill.

This is sold by TrueTrack, it will allow you to drill out the swing arm shaft bore and install a brass bushing to eliminate the slop >>> http://www.true-track.com/tt_20-19l-rk.html

Cheaper than replacing the transmission case.

Very true. It would be a good idea, if buying from T-T, to get one of their stabilizer kits. It transforms handling and stability.
