Spokes look so cool, After looking at so many after market wheels I am so glad I have my spokes!!!!

Spokes do look cool! Although, I don't think they look all that good on touring bikes unless it's a road king.

A couple of down sides though: Pain to keep clean and a pain to repair a flat (tube)...
Other than that, all good.

I ran spokes for years, and I like the look. What I don't like is cleaning them, and keeping them perfectly tightened and true. Regardless of how good they look, they are pain in the butt to keep clean and looking sharp. If you don't worry about that, then they're fine.

Got them on my dirt bikes and thats enough. Pain to clean and keep tight and true. They suck, he who likes them can have them... With all the alloy rims available why would you want those things keep them on bicycles.
