[quote=BadPiggy;6241033]Those are Ride Wright's.
I have no idea what the cost would be.
I got mine at dealer cost and that was a bit over $2600.
Front & Rear Wheels
3 Floating Rotors
1 Pulley
Powdercoating was additional.
Sealed rims was additional.
All totalled...it was a little over $2600 smackers.
And that didn't include tires.
I'm sure you can get them in purple.
Purple rims with chrome spokes and pink nipples....sexy sexy sexy!
By the way, my stock laced wheels from 2004 still look great. Take a look at my signature. I only paid the extra, what ever, when I signed on the dotted line in 2004. By the way, my ride is paid for already. How many of you clowns still have your special wheels mortgaged still?? How's that for controversy and sarcasm?:icon_ eating:

Well Skippy,
I wrote a check for almost $20,000 last Summer for the '09 RG...and it DIDN'T bounce.
I wrote a check for the $1300 difference in January 2006 and handed them the CLEAR title to my '05 Heritage for the '06 Street Glide title.
I did a landscaping job at my Indy's house in trade for the $2600 dollar Ride Wright wheels...so they're not "mortgaged" either. The Indy even paid for the plant material.
Why the hell did I even respond to Skippy's post!?

Thats some funny chit right there. I like having all 3 of my bikes paid for, they are toys after all.
yeah, spokes look cool till you have a flat or have your wheel fly apart from loosening spokes like mine did...my spokes loosened suddenly at 30k miles. We tightend and trued. At 62k i put the bike on a lift before a trip and checked the spokes. 200 miles down the road they loosened quickly. I ended up with a wallowed out hub and a few broken spokes, then a trailer ride home.
Congratulations. The OP asked for controversy; skippy LOL

I say ouch too. I still wouldn't trade my laced wheels for anything else. I haven't had issues yet. I'm willing to take the risks that everyone tryed to scare me away from. My wheels look great. I'm not a rat bike owner yet, so this is where my passion is at. The solid aluminum, faded to bone wheels look like chit.
