Default Evolution 49T Ring/Sprocket Install

I just got done with the installation of the EVO 49t set up. The install went very smoothly everything fit perfect.
Any of you that think you are going to do this at home need to have a drill press for the rivets and a hydraulic press for getting the clutch apart and back together.
This job took me about 6 HRS to do and I'm slow and also had to drive to work twice to use the hydraulic press.
I also installed the Oregon Hot Bike hydraulic chain tensioner at the same time with ATF fluid in place of gear lube and a SE clutch spring.
This unit whole set up makes just a tiny bit more noise than the original set up (very slight whirring sound, kind of like a quiet gear drive) this extra noise could just be due to the ATF fluid in place of gear lube or a brand new gear and chain.
I took it out for a spin and it definately has a lot more get up and go, it's damned snappy, I think this is going to be a winner and worth the investment.

Doing the same job this morning and didn't realize you need a chuck in your drill press bigger than standard 1/2" for the 9/16 counter bore tool. Now have to wait for a tool and die buddy to turn the shank down. Mike
