Really ?. My mechanic says, "It won't fit at all". I was kinda disappointed to hear.
Do you have a pix to show me ?.
Thanks,
Thorey
Talked to Scott @ Hog Tunes before ordering mine because I had the same questions. Most of the ebay sellers say "will not fit with windshield bags". They are covering their @$$e$. "Some" windshield bags will not fit. Scott says the tweeter pod fits the same as the HD dash pad, so any bags that fit w/ HD dash pad, will fit w/ the tweeter pod. I have HD dash pad & HD 2 bag windshield bags and he said it will be no problem to keep the bags.
Put my HogPod on this weekend. The H-D three pouch works fine but I took mine off until I can get something to go between the HogPod and the metal bracket of the pouches. I didn't want the finish of the HogPod ruined if I decided to paint.

Going to spray glue some marine carpet to the bottom of that metal bracket. Took my HogPod to my seat guru yesterday, he's covering it in leather like the HD dash pad.
tweeter pod.... ok, I get that. But dash pad? "custom dash pad adds a recessed cockpit look to the inner fairing".... not it doesnt... I see no need use or 'good looks' from this thing what so ever... it looks outta place. U G L Y... now let me really tell you how I feel... LOL

You know what they say about opinions....I happen to think the HD dash pad finishes off the plain, cheap looking, unfinished look of the plastic inner fairing. Thats my opinion. And yes, to go along with my opinion I have one of those other things too.
I've been looking at the dash pad to, but now am thinking about the Hogtune Tweeter Pad. You folks that have one of the tweeter pods, does it really make a difference running down the road with your music?

I have not installed my tweeter pod yet but have heard it's a pretty big bang for buck. Cost's less than HD dash pad too. Got mine off ebay, $139.00 w/free shipping. Can't wait to install!!
