That's a great friggin' idea with one exception.

I would lay a towel on that pvc........it definitely has the possibility of scratching your bags.

I have a big piece of foam that doesn't scratch. lay it on top of the washer and dryer, lay the bags on them while I clean the bike.. I don't need no fancy storage rack to take up room.
