Default Introduction...

Thought I would formally introduce myself since I have been mostly lurking for the past year. Ordered my Road King at the beginning of Dec and took Delivery exactly 2 weeks ago. Really haven't been able to ride it yet due to the weather but have had sometime to start changing and adding a few things. This is my first Harley, previously owned a 750 Shadow and then a VTX1800N. Now at age 24 I'm on an old mans bike... Sorry about the pic quality

Nice bike. I also started with a 750 shadow, then an 02 Road King, now waiting delivery on a 2010 Electra Glide. I definitely don't think there's anything "old man" about a touring bike. Enjoy your ride!

You won't feel like an "old man" when your friends start asking you if they can put stuff in your bags and you don't have bungee cords hanging everywhere! Anyway, Welcome aboard.

It's not your age that usually is the defining factor, it is the size of your bank account, and you have just purchased the Bike, wait until you start making it Yours. Good Luck, you will love it. Jim.
