I recently contacted Firecap501 on here about some options for upgrading my audio, just trying to find out the best way to go. This gentleman called me on the phone and we talked for along time, answering every question. When taxes get back, im putting in my order. Anyone looking for some advice, this is the man to see!! Thanks firecap501
I have to say he is a great guy as well!! I ordered my fairing audio from him...he is great to work with and is very helpful....so anyone looking for audio..look him up
I will tell you Wayne is top of knotch in my book, never meet him but when talking to him it's like talking to a old friend, and not only that he really knows his audio.
I bought the Arc Audio mini amp and speakers last year from him, great product. I talked to firecap this year about the 6.5 speaker upgrade since they came out. He always takes the time to answer all your questions and never pushes the products on you. By the way I put the 6.5" speakers in last weekend wow!! what a difference clear, loud and lot more midrange. I would really listen to what he tells you about hooking your bike up with an audio system he knows his stuff. Good guy, good product good service, nuff said.
Wayne's the man. Spent a lot of time on the phone with me, shipped quickly, and even checked with me after install to make sure everything was satisfactory. Can honestly say I've never seen as good of customer service anywhere else.
I also ordered from Wayne ...great guy lots of know how as for the Arc 125/6.5 speakers jury is still out....I havent ridden with tem as of yet just in the garage only...Had Prz's Hogtunes with his amp...overall sound quality is better...Yes they are louder...just was expecting a better bang for the buck.Time will tellif it was well spent DENARO!!!!!!
Totally agree. Had 2 radios go out for no reason. First one he sent overnight to me. Second one he actually stopped by the house and put it in for me and added extra weather sealant to the fairing (Dragonfly Fairing, btw) just to make sure there was no moisture getting in. Top notch guy.
