Road King front end bump stop?
Here's a question for the brains in this forum. I have added a 21" wheel and a Klock works wrapper fender to my 2007 Road King and seem to have an issue with bottoming out on my crash bar which has also been changed to 1 1/2" to match my bars. I had a brain storm and was curious if it would work. What about addimg a steering stop rubber under my trip tree so my bottom slider would bump it early instead of traveling all the way up? This would stop on rubber and would be about an inch of help to my prolem of bottoming out. I may have to shave it down to fit in the bells that would hide it too. Any input would be great on this issue. Thanks.
