THey don't/won't drop ship to the customer. They order your part from HD, HD ships to them and they ship to you.

Great people to deal with. Good dealership to visit, too, if you're ever in the Butler, PA area. Some nice riding around there, too!

I have spent just over $1K on shiny stuff for my Ultra over the past winter and have only great things to say about Zanotti's! Have been dealing with John H with all my orders and have had nothing short of stellar service from him.

Saved nearly $800 Cdn in the process so that makes Momma happy!! And when Momma's happy.......
